The effect is commensurate with the cause.
I feel a fierce compassion.
It fills me
Growing to an excess
I cannot use
As if poison begot its own antidote
And that fed upon itself like cancer
Growing without direction, without function.
Suffering begets compassion.
Bewilderment,
Bemusement
Beget compassion.
Now to change emotion to the telling act,
The relief of others and myself.
